Our mass production has advanced production processes. This allows us offering cost-effective formwork systems with higher quality than other products in the market. Alsina Group complies with the Spanish and European applicable Standards for both, safety and the technical requirements in the Standards of European legislation. We are in contact and collaborate with the C.E.N. (European Committee for Standardization) Work Teams, which in a future will govern over the Community Standards. Likewise, we are part of some Work Teams in charge of drafting the UNE Standards and technical Guidelines.
ISO CERTIFICATE
All the Alsina Group national branches dedicated to the sale and rental of concrete formwork systems have the ISO 9001:2000 Certificate. The extent of this certification confirms the maturity and effectiveness of our Quality Management System for the design, manufacture, marketing (sale and rental) and maintenance of our concrete formwork systems, while it ratifies our commitment to a continuous improvement. Alsina is, probably, the only company in the sector having the ISO 9001:2000 Certificate for its activity.
CERTIFIED SYSTEMS
The full Alsina Group range of products is registered in the ITEC Register of Materials (Institute of Construction Technology of Catalonia). Our Alumecano - Alucubetas formwork systems have as product Certificate the Nº 466 Technical Suitability Document, granted by the Eduardo Torroja Institute dated May 30, 2005. The Certificate guarantees this construction system and contains the technical description of its components, their setting and set in use on site. The tests carried out by the same Institute ensure their resistance and suitability for the implementation of reinforced concrete floors.
AGENCIES AND INSTITUTIONS
Alsina keeps contact with colleges, associations and engineering companies. Thus we can share our technical knowledge and be present at highly specialized forums. Promoting the investigation through colleges we can get results guaranteeing the application of our products. We can mention, among others, the regular contact we keep with the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, the Polytechnic University of Valencia, the Associations of Structural Consultants of Catalonia and Madrid, The Official College of Architects of Catalonia and the Technical Center for Construction of Catalonia (IMAT). Being in contact with colleges, associations and engineering companies allow us sharing our technical knowledge and being present at highly specialised forums.
