The General Director of Fundación Laboral de la Construcción, Enrique Corral, and our managing directors, Jaume and José Alsina, on February 23rd entered into a collaboration agreement whereby both entities will work jointly in the area of training for the prevention of work risks.
As a result of this agreement, a manual will be prepared, as well as the audiovisual application aimed at the specific training of the workers performing “formwork” tasks, pursuant to what is set forth in the Collective Agreement of the Building Sector.
Both entities will work jointly in the preparation of the contents of the training material entitled “Manual para trabajos de Encofrado” (Formwork Manual), aimed at training those workers who may be exposed to the risks related to formwork activities, offering special attention to the necessary preventive measures to eliminate or reduce the risk factors linked to such tasks.
Jordi Garcia leads this project on behalf of Alsina. For many years, he has been giving conferences in different forums and preparing documentation which is now learning material of interest for the different organs that provide training in our sector.
