Las Fitas Dam - Huesca

Date: 2009/10.
Type of work: Civil Work

Project for the integral regulation and modernisation of the Terreu canal, in the Alto Aragon irrigation system in Huesca. The work includes heightening 10 km of the Terreu canal and improving drainage systems and service roads. The main structure is the construction of the Las Fitas dam. Currently the gallery of the drain at the base of the dam is being constructed. This gallery is 150 m long made in 10 m linear sections. In addition, every section is concreted twice, the fi rst time where the side walls of the gallery are fi lled with Alisply Walls and the second in which the roof is formed. The roof formwork is made with a 14.4 m linear carriage using the AR-80 Shoring System, Multiform and Alisply Circular. It is moved in modules of 4.8m and by means of 8 shoring transport carriages, achieving the form removal, movement, cleaning and positioning at the elevation for the following 14.4 m section in one day.At the same time, the spillway is being built. This has been carried out with Alisply Straight for the side walls and Alumecano for the upper slabs in places where the spillway is underground.Alsina has also studied the outlet tower with Vistaform and the C-160 Climbing Platform and will execute it once the gallery of the drain at the base is finished.

High Deposit in San Cebrián de Campos - Palencia

Date: 2008
Type of work: Civil Work

Circular shaped tank located at an approximate height of 19,5 m from the tank lower slab. The systems used were Vistaform Slabs and CL-40 Shoring system. The structure consists of 8 columns and intermediate slabs every 3,84 m in height up to the bottom of the tank. It was necessary to assemble a perimeter Shoring System for the implementation of the columns and the last stretch since they plumbed towards the outside. The Shoring system was also supplied for the implementation of the roof of the tank. For the implementation of the bottom of the tank, a Vistaform formwork system with Post-shores was prepared in the inner part, making use of the already implemented fl oors. Once the base, the columns and the perimeter walls of the tank were made, a Shoring System had to be assembled through its inner part to enable the implementation of the roof at an approximate height of 5,60 m. 6m Post-shores were also used as the tank in its inner part has the shape of a star.

Castellcir Dam - Barcelona

Date: 2007/08.
Type of work: Civil Work

Alsina implements a storage dam to regulate the fl ow of Castellcir’s river. To carry out this project the Technical Department of Alsina proposed the implementation of several alternative stripes in height and length. In order to carry out this it was necessary to use the Alisply Wall system on its backside. The Alisply system was also used on its front face, lying and placed as per the required angle. Lying panels of the Alisply Circular system were used for the implementation of the bottom of the front section, which had a circular shape. The Client assessed very positively the high efficiency provided by all the Alisply material.

Segarra – Garrigues Canal, Stretch II-B - Lleida

Date: 2007/09
Type of work: Civil Engineering.

Alsina runns Sub stretch B ofstretch II on the Segarra-Garrigues Canal located in the province of Lleida. This stretch is performed with the system Vistaform Multiradio and straight Alisply. It uses
the Alisply to implement the two walls of the canal, with the peculiarity that the inner surface of the wall is formed with a variable slope. To make this slope it is used Vistaform Multiradio system whose functionality and practicality are crucial to create the complex shape in the concrete.

Minho-Lima Water Supply and Drainage System - Portugal

Date: 2008
Type of work: Civil engineering

Alsina implemented a series of circular tanks of high technical complexity and a very complicated construction process due to the characteristics of the design. Nevertheless, the productivity provided by the Alisply Circular system, supplied by Alsina, made it possible that the works could be finished in only 60 labour days with very satisfactory results for the client, who assessed very positively the service provided by Alsina.
