Les Jardins d´el Menzah - Tunisia

Date: 2008/09
Type of work: Building

An approximate area of 20.000 m2 was formworked with Alsina systems. The form cycle was 1.000 m2/10 days (15 days per complete concreting cycle).
Due to the peculiarities of the design, the client choose to use the Alucubetas system of Alsina since it was required to implement a big span structure where the steel and concrete did not predominate. In addition to this, a fair-face finish was required and therefore it was necessary to use a system able to provide optimum results on this regard. The Alucubetas system of Alsina ended being the ideal one for the implementation of this design and the client was very favoured due to the saving in pre-cast material and the durability of the system brought forward by Alsina.

Laguna Condominium Tei Residential Complex - Romania

Date: 2008
Type of work: Building

Laguna Residence is a residential complex of 514 dwellings distributed on a total area of 53.500 m2 with a 430 m front to the lake Tei.
The first phase consists of 4 P+3 apartment towers, 4 P+4 – P+6 towers and 1 P+7 tower, all of them located as per a Mediterranean type layout system which allows each of the apartments to have a panoramic view.
Alsina began providing material at the beginning of August 2008 with a first supply of 300 m2 of Alisply system and 300 Post-Shores. Subsequently 4.000 m2 of complete Ecomecano system (+4.000 m2 propped), 8.000 Post-Shores, 7.000 Three-Layer Boards and more than 200 m2 of Alisply were to be supplied.
The good quality of finishings and the quick and simple assembly performed by the Alsina systems received very positive opinions from the client representative on site.

Alta Miramar Building - Viña del mar (Chile)

Date: 2005
Type of work: Building

In full urban expansion of the city of Viña del Mar (V Region, Chile), Alsina implemented a 17 storeys structure, providing special solutions for its singularity. Approximately 10.000 m2 of floors and 15.000 m2 of walls were implemented.
The most particular characteristic of the work consisted of the last floor of the structure where there was a 17 cm thick, 4 m cantilever with negative slope and no lower support to place the floor. For the implementation of this phase Alsina’s Technical Office developed a supporting bracket system attached to the walls that allowed a quick and completely safe implementation.

San José de la Sierra Building - Chile

Date: 2008
Type of work: Building

Construction of a 12 storey high building of 20.000 m2, plus two basement floors in which all the walls were implemented with the Alisply Manual system of Alsina. The best part of the works were finished in approximately six month’s time. Having into account the magnitude of the project the results provided by the Alisply Manual system were excellent as per the opinion of the works Management. The practical and easy way in which and operator can transport by himself the Alisply Manual system was the key to get a so positive productivity rate in this project.
The floor was implemented with the Vistaform system. Regarding the safety features, the works Management choose to use the Alsipercha system, which satisfied them completely as it positively influenced in the construction rates of the floors.

Santa Monica Apartment Building - Milan (Italy)

Date: 2008/09
Type of work: Building

Apartment building at Santa Monica residential development, in the outskirts of Milan. Structure with two floors of 6.000 m2 of pre-slabs under the ground level and 15.000 m2 of one-way slabs in two blocks 11 storeys high.
Implementation of the circular walls of the ramp accessing the parking, obtaining excellent results and finishings. Given the singularity of the development, a 100% safe solution for the implementation of the floors was required. The possibility of using the Alsipercha system connected to the Alumecano system as a whole decking was considered for the construction of the 3.000 m2 of pre-slabs of each floor under the ground level. The results were satisfactory and it was decided to proceed with the Alumecano + Alsipercha systems for the implementation of the one-way slabs of the blocks that initially were planned to be built by means of a traditional girder.
As a safety complement several units of Alsina pre-assembled Stairways were used to access the floors, so as a Metal Railing as edge protection.

Roy Building - Buenos Aires (Argentina)

Date: 2007/08
Type of work: Building

For the implementation of the structure, which reaches a final height of 78 m, it was decided to use the C-240 Climbing Platform with 6m high two-sides Alisply system as the mezzanine floor of the duplex units did not reach the façade.
The level of diffi culty throughout the works must be highlighted since in addition to the 6 m height of formworks, the large number of window openings in the wall was a feature to have into account. In this case Alsina’s technical service developed an easy
to recover frames system that was used throughout the works and which outcome was very successful, achieving high productivity levels.
