Alisan panels

In 1.968 Alsina designed the first panel of the Alisan range. At that time it was a revolutionary product among formwork boards: it was the first panel manufactured with glued planks, a protective metal profile and usable on both sides.

Up to nowadays we have manufactured more than 20 million units and currently we can offer a wide range of boards based on the needs of our clients. In order to make the form surfaces we take the maximum benefit from the technological characteristics of the wood, since it is a renewable, biodegradable and recyclable material that does not pollute the environment.

ALISAN PLUS PANEL
The Alisan Plus panel is composed by four symmetrical boards glued to each other. The first quality wood used is plained off and protected by means of a special treatment that provides it with the finish of the Three-Layer Panel and the resistance of the Alsina reinforced single-layer panel. All these characteristics make of the Alisan Plus Panel the most stable panel against weather conditions.

ALISAN XXI PANEL
The Alisan XXI Panel is manufactured with selected planks of first quality coniferous type wood glued to each other. The wood is plained off and protected on both sides by means of a fibre stabilizer treatment (colorless).
The ends are protected by embedded “T” shaped steel profiles and the board is reinforced with two threaded steel rods.

ALISAN II PANEL
The Alisan board is manufactured with selected planks of dried pinewood glued to each other. The ends are protected by embedded “T” shaped steel profiles and the board is reinforced with two threaded steel rods. The high-density wood is plained off and protected on both sides by means of a damp proof treatment (orange dye).

ALSINA THREE-LAYER
Board composed by three wood layers. The fibres of the intermediate layer are set crosswise. Measurements: 1,97 x 0,50 and 0,98 x 0,50 m. Ideal product to be used in extreme weather conditions and a more demanding concrete finish.
