Steel-ply walls

Recoverable modular formwork system designed to fulfill the demand of a light system not requiring the use of a crane on site. Steel-ply Walls is composed by a hot- laminated steel frame and a phenolic plywood form surface. The joining system is made by the joint of wedges.

Due to its light weight this product is ideal to be handled by hand. The phenolic surface provides a good concrete finish. The combination of its modules allows the quick and economic implementation of all kind of walls.

STEEL-PLY WALLS CHARACTERISTICS
- Panels measurements:
- Widths between 5 and 60 cm (in 5 cm intervals) with heights of 120, 180 and 240 cm
- Flat tie rods:
- Not recoverable: from 15 to 100 cm (in 5 cm intervals.), from 100 to 200 cm. (combining the previous ones).
- Not recoverable: from 100 to 200 cm (combining the previous ones).
- Recoverable: from 20 to 50 cm (with PVC tube).
- Allowable pressure: 5000 Kg. /m2 (50 KN/m2).
