WE HAVE high-resolution capability to effectively address the needs of all our customers.

MRT 7 is a railway line project that will span a total of 22.8 kilometers. The project comprises of 14 stations traversing Northeast-Southwest direction encompassing San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan to North Avenue, Quezon City. This project is expected to reduce traffic congestion in Metro Manila by providing accessible and efficient transportation system for people living in nearby provinces such as Bulacan who travels daily to Metro Manila for work.

The rail line is expected to carry a total of 300,000 passengers daily and can be increase up to 850,000 passengers per day when it hits its 12th year. The project is set to provide a 34-minute travel time from San Jose Del Monter, Bulacan to North Avenue, Quezon City or a total of 68 minutes doing return trips.

Alsina has already been part of the project in the year 2017-2018 where we have provided solution to various structural elements such as Pierheads, Bridge Deck Slabs and even on Retaining walls of depressed stations. This year 2024, Alsina continued to support these civil works project in partnership with Dumduma Construction and Trading Corporation.

Alsina provided a solution for their pierheads utilizing SCAP brackets as support and the Multiform System for their Decking and Lateral Formworks.

SCAP system is a bracket-type solution that enables clients to create a support for decking and other formwork systems where traffic movement are not to be impeded such as the ones in Metro Manila. At the same time, SCAP bracket systems provides a more cost-effective solution especially when pierheads are situated at a much higher elevation reducing the cost in comparison to using shoring or ring lock systems.

On the other hand, Multiform System is a flexible solution that can be both used for horizontal decking and vertical lateral forms of the pierheads. This system is comprised of HT20 (wood beams) and 2UPN (steel beams) connected to create panels or modules needed for the structure. The Multiform system is very flexible to adapt to varied sizes and shapes while creating a good concrete finish using Alsina phenolic surfaces that can be used for multiple times.

Alsina Formwork Southeast Asia Corporation is committed to help clients in solving all their concrete forming concerns and in helping nation-building and community-impactful projects such as the MRT7.
