MUD 119 Wastewater Treatment Plant Project Expansion
The Montgomery County MUD 119 Wastewater Treatment Plant Replacement project represents a significant upgrade for the community, replacing five temporary package plants with a permanent state-of-the-art facility.
This new plant is designed to handle a capacity of 1.08 million gallons per day (MGD), supporting the growing needs of the Spring, TX area. Key components include the installation of a new digester, a Main Treatment Basin structure, and new Electrical and Chemical buildings.
The project will integrate with the existing headworks building, ensuring seamless operations. Once complete, the upgraded facility will provide reliable wastewater treatment for the community, enhancing sustainability and accommodating future development.
Description of the materials used in the project
The project was carried out using the systems adapted to the specific needs of each structure, from our Alisply systems was used a combination of Alisply Walls and Alisply Circular, achieving a robust and efficient solution that met the demanding structural requirements, achieving an efficient solution that met the demanding structural requirements of the project for the Clarifiers, Bridge overhanging brackets were also used for the catwalks.
As, shoring solutions were used as 10k shoring system, which provided stability and the ability to withstand high loads during the construction process.
