Alsina shares its experience and values in different events

We love to transmit Alsina’s values and in the last weeks we have been able to share our experience in different conferences around the country. Alsina was part of the Corporate Learning22, organized by Equipos y Talento in Madrid, to discuss new tendencies in training and learning. Our HR Business Partner, Ester Montull, was part of the panel discussion on Development of the new work environment skills. “Since the pandemic we have been committed to virtual training and now we are looking at how to return to face-to-face channels to generate cohesion and a feeling of relevance“.

Alsina also had protagonism in the MEES Day Barcelona 2022 with the talk on innovative wellness programs, where we explained the communication plan Alsina Be Healthy, which is developed by David Espadas, Cristina Bonet Clols and Oscar Díez.
