The newspaper Expansión recently emphasized Alsina‘s growth. The economic media published an interview with our Executive Vice-president, Jaume Alsina Casalduero, and our CEO, Josep David Alsina Solá, to remark the good numbers of the last fiscal year, with a profit of 12.75 million and an increase in revenues of 18.5%, as well as the international expansion. The foreign business now accounts for 73% of the business and America represents 31%, which means that it has surpassed Spain (27%).

Alsina‘s managers pointed out the immediate plan, which is to continue growing in the United States beyond Florida and Texas “in two or three years’ time” and also in the 16 delegations spread all over the world. “For the coming years we foresee an increase in our activity, maintaining growth in the international area and increasing turnover on a national scale, with an improvement in EBITDA and a positive result,” said Jaume Alsina.

The largest volume of business for Alsina, which now has 900 employees, comes from the rental of formwork material (70%), although it also sells formwork products (23%) and loans (7%).
