One of the most complex aspects of this project was the execution of the wall that was located between the elevator of the new building and the wall of the old building.Due to the morphology of the place, it was impossible to physically access it, so the Alsina Technical Office proposed to solve this structure with the raising of a spectacular Alisply wall 12 m long by 16 m wide and a total weight of 10 tons. To place it in its position, plates and nuts were welded to be able to thread only on one side since access was not possible. Braces were placed on the face of the phenolic mounting the steel from against the formwork  to avoid the risk of contact with the wall of the existing building.

Alsina: safe and profitable solutions for the construction

For the execution of this project, Alsina has used its systems Alisply, C-240 Climbing System , Interior climbing system, site stair tower and reinforced scaffold.

 Alsina’s Alisply range includes several recoverable formwork systems for the construction of walls and columns. This is a resistant, versatile and compatible system with all other accessories from Alisply family systems, a fact that makes so much more profitable the formwork equipment on site.

The formwork surface of different types of Alisply is made of plywood, which offers many advantages over metal surfaces, such as lower weight, higher concrete quality, increased performance and greater resistance to inclement weather.

Alsina’s  C-240 Climbing System allows piles and walls of climbing cycles with pouring heights of up to 6 meters to be formed with total safety for the operators.

The assembly of the Console and its safety platform can be carried out by means of two anchoring systems: using M-24 ties bars or by using Metal Cones with ties set into the concrete. This is a system compatible with Alisply walls, Alisply circular Walls and Vertical Multiform system, making it very versatile as well as safe.

Interior climbing system enables carrying out a wide variety of regular interior sections. Climbing on the inside of hollow structures means that formworking material is supported from within without a need for using ground-based scaffolding or bracing elements.
