AP-7 Highway entrance
Alsina collaborated in the pacification of an urban area in Oliva, in the province of Valencia (Spain). The work consisted in the construction of a new entrance to the AP7 highway from the south of the municipality, which belongs to the Safor region.
The new road was an old demand of the neighbors, tired of suffering the constant traffic of vehicles and trucks. Thus, once the work was completed, it was no longer necessary to cross Oliva to reach the highway and Alsina was involved in the making by providing supplies. The the H33 Beam and the TC360 Loading Tower were used to build the structures, saving a free span of 33 meters with one of them. This is the largest free span ever made by Alsina to date.
For the rest of the structures, we chose AR Scaffolding -lightweight and multidirectional and an arcade overpass. Its great versatility made it possible to choose the Multiform formwork for the execution of the formwork of the overpasses panels. The Alisply Walls system, which reduces the number of marks, was also chosen for the screeds under parapets, as well as for the execution of the structure columns along with the Metal Columns.
The client was highly satisfied with Alsina‘s collaboration and service in all aspects of the project: the on-site assistance of the technical department in the assembly, the revisions of the estructures as well as the help of the engineering department for preparing the approved projects of all the structures. As pleased as the residents of Oliva, who moved towards the pacification of their urban area.
