This development consists of two impressive 9-story towers with a common basement in both buildings, outdoor areas, and a new street, with a total buildable area of approximately 30,260 m².

The residential tower comprises 72 apartments of various types, including T1, T2, and T3.

The other tower houses a 5-star hotel with 204 rooms that will feature various amenities, including a spa and pool, conference and meeting rooms, gyms, a restaurant, a clubhouse, paddle courts, and a rooftop pool.

Special attention is given to the construction of 369 balconies and all the white reinforced concrete prefabricated panels that will be installed on the facades of both buildings.

The construction of this project is carried out by Ferreira Build Power.

For this project, we have used the Alisply Walls systems for basements and stairwell cores, the Alispilar system for smaller dimension pillars in both towers, and the Alumecano systems for solid slabs.

Additionally, in collaboration with our client, we have developed a special and modular solution for labor optimization, using CL-40 shoring formwork with built-in safety features, for the execution of the beams that will support the prefabricated balconies.
