Multi-family residential buildings with a commercial area
A complex of multi-family residential buildings with a commercial area on the ground floor, an underground garage and part of the ground floor located in Warsaw on Uminskiego Street.
The complex consists of two buildings with six to eight above-ground floors and a shared underground garage. At the basement level, this building has an “L” shape, with 4 staircases and 6 elevator shafts.
In the underground part, the structure is based on poured reinforced concrete elements, most of which were made using a one-sided wall formwork system. The above-ground floors are made of column-slab and slab-wall structures, as well as walls made of traditional masonry materials.
For the formwork of the garage’s ceiling slab, due to the varying height resulting from the use of parklift parking spaces, reaching a height of 6m, the Vistaflex system was used, supported locally by CL-40 scaffolding. The upper floors were made by Alumecano system, using steel beams from the underground.
The footprint area is 2493 m², while the total above-ground and underground area is 17196 m². In the above-ground part, a total of 172 apartments with varied structures, ranging from 1 to 4 rooms, were designed.
