It is planned to expand the existing hall of the Municipal Cultural Center and to renovate part of it into an entrance and toilets – PHASE I. Additionally, the construction of an outdoor stage with associated technical equipment, changing rooms, and toilets located in the basement is envisaged – PHASE II.

As part of the project, paving the area around the planned construction and building a fire road to ensure access for the fire brigade to the building, as required by building regulations, is planned. The remaining part of the area will be designated for greenery.

In this project, Alsina Poland faced the challenge of constructing an inclined reinforced concrete wall for the Municipal Center in Jeleśnia, a task that demanded precision and innovative engineering. Collaborating with Modular company, technical team embarked on this endeavor with a clear strategy in place. The construction involved erecting tower-like supports on one side, essential for attaching the formwork that would shape the wall. On the

opposite side, steel beams have been anchored to a specially prepared foundation, ensuring stability and preventing detachment during the crucial concrete pouring phase.

This wall, towering at over 11 meters, required concrete to be poured in three stages to maintain the correct angle and ensure structural integrity. A pivotal element in the success of this project was the Alsina Alisply Formwork system, chosen for its robustness and suitability for inclined structures. This heavy-duty system facilitated the construction process, ensuring that the wall not only met but exceeded our precision requirements, resulting in a perfectly inclined finish.

This project stands as a testament to Alsina team’s ability to handle complex construction challenges through careful planning, collaboration, and the use of innovative technologies.
