New Building for the Intelligence Police
This new 21 thousand million pesos (around 20 million euro) project is being carried out for the Chilean Intelligence Police team.
The works include the renovation of the existing building as well as the construction of a new facility that will house the National Police Intelligence Headquarters in Santiago.
The investment covers the renovation of the existing building on one hand and the construction of a new building to accommodate the Headquarters on the other. The renovation includes the restructuring of premises, by improving the roof, and the replacement of the interior and exterior finishes.
On an 8,100 sqm site, this new installation will occupy 9,200 sqm volume of constructed area. It will feature a structure of 4 floors plus 2 underground levels for parking space. For this, Alsina will deploy over 1,000 sqm of Wall Formwork, 4,000 sqm of Slabs, as well as Beams, Capitals, Retaining Walls, Stairs, Columns, Formwork for double heights, etc.
This is a significant project in collaboration with our Partner OHL. The new installation works are expected to be completed by the end of 2025.
