Paços da Prelada Building
Paços da Prelada condominium, located in Ramalde, a central area of Porto, represents a modern housing construction, which stands out for its architectural features, its concerns about energy efficiency and the use of social areas for leisure and work activities.
Alsina was part of the project and collaborated in the construction of this building with its Alispilar, Alisply Walls and Alumecano 133 systems. Alumecano 133 was used for the first time on this construction site in Portugal.
Alumecano 133 is a recoverable formwork system for reinforced concrete flat slabs, which allows the optimization of concreting cycles on several occasions with maximum safety guarantees. This system has demonstrated its practicality in situations where strength and lightness are required.
