Tunnel of la Línea
Alsina is working with the Conlínea 2 Consortium formed by the Colombian companies Estyma, Conconcreto and Solarte in the related works of the tunnel of La Línea (Colombia).
For this project, Alsina is supplying its system for tunnel lining, designed and manufactured by our partner Rubrica. The work covers an area of 2.5 km connecting the second road of Quindio’s front with the entrance gate of La Línea Tunnel. This road is the main route between the capital Bogota and Buena Ventura Harbor on the Pacific Ocean.
The work includes coating and paving 3 short tunnels: La Estrella, Robles and Chorros. It also includes the paving and slope stabilization of the open-pit pathways.
