Zoo in Łodz
Asina Polska had the privilege of participating in the construction of The Orientarium, the new 35,800 m2 Zoo in Łodz. It is a multi-purpose habitat comprising three pavilions and different outdoor enclosures.
Around 1.5 million visitors are expected each year. The major challenge of this project was to deliver a suitable home for 30 different species of animals, with very demanding temperature and humidity requirements, while ensuring a comfortable experience for visitors, as well as optimizing costs.
Alsina provided more than 2000 m2 of straight Alisply Walls system for the 8m walls with architectural finish on this important project. The słoniarnia walls were executed with almost 1000 m2 of Alisply Circular, while the high-rise hanging beams were executed with our AR Shoring. It is worth mentioning the special solutions for walls, pillars and the rekinarium area with randomly shaped inclined walls.

RELATED PROJECTS
A linear structure composed of three-story buildings, alleyways and irrigated gardens is laid over the entire site like a carpet that follows the topography.
