Alsina participates in the construction of a reservoir in an industrial park of Lima (Peru)

The project: Reservoir in the Macropolis Industrial Park in Peru

Alsina’s Formwork delegation in Peru has started in 2018 its collaboration in the construction of the reservoir that will guarantee the potable water service to the Macropolis Industrial Park, located in Chilca, a town that belongs to the department of Lima (Peru).

Macropolis is an industrial complex located in south of Lima that will house the main and most recognized industries and companies in the country, and in which several structures are currently being implemented, such as the reservoir.

Alsina: fast and effective solutions

For the implementation of the project, Alsina is supplying a wide variety of its formwork systems, including Alisply Walls, Alisply Circular Walls, Multiform system, C-240 Climbing Systemand CL-40 Shoring system.

Alsina’s Alisply range includes several recoverable formwork systems for the construction of walls and columns. This is a resistant, versatile and compatible system with all other accessories from Alisply family systems, a fact that makes so much more profitable the formwork equipment on site.

The formwork surface of different types of Alisply is made of plywood, which offers many advantages over metal surfaces, such as lower weight, higher concrete quality, increased performance and greater resistance to inclement weather.

On the other hand, Alsina’s Multiform system, consisting of double UPN metal beams, wooden beams, strips and turnbuckles is one of Alsina’s most versatile systems, allowing “ad hoc” design of the necessary recoverable formwork to adapt to any geometry whether they are straight, curved or one sided walls, lintels or bridge boards.

Finally, Alsina’s C-240 Climbing System allows piles and walls of climbing cycles with pouring heights of up to 6 meters to be formed with total safety for the operators.

The assembly of the Console and its safety platform can be carried out by means of two anchoring systems: using M-24 ties bars or by using Metal Cones with ties set into the concrete. This is a system compatible with Alisply walls, Alisply circular Walls and Vertical Multiform system, making it very versatile as well as safe.
