Alupilar
Alupilar
Column formwork system to be used by hand and with a crane.
The design of the panel incorporates the quick assembly by reduction system, from what only a hammer tap is needed to assemble and disassemble one column.
The system are light weighted, do not rust, do not dent and do not get out-off-square.
Alupilar is formed by a frame reinforced with duralumin (structural aluminium) painted with white epoxy and a 1/2” (12 mm) thick phenolic plywood lining that provides a good concrete finish.
ALUPILAR SYSTEM TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
- Panel 70 measurements: 9′-2 1/4” x 2′-3 9/16” (280 x 70 cm), 4′-3 3/16” x 2′-3 9/16” (130 x 70 cm) and 2′-7 1/2” x 2′-3 9/16” (80 x 70 cm)
- Panel 50 measurements: 9′-2 1/4” x 1′-7 11/16” (280 x 50 cm), 4′-3 3/16” x 1′-7 11/16” (130 x 50 cm)
- Panel 70 allows the implementation of columns from 9 13/16” to 1′-11 5/8” (25 to 60 cm) (in1 15/16” (5 cm) intervals)
- Panel 50 allows the implementation of columns from 7 7/8” to 1′-3 3/4” (20 to 40 cm) (in 1 15/16” (5 cm) intervals)
- Allowable pressure: 17636 ibs (8000 Kg) /m2 (80 KN/m2) – Weight: 20 kg/ m2
ADVANTAGES OF THE SYSTEM QUICK
- There is no need of any additional element to assemble a four panels column.
- The weight allows handling the panels without using a crane.
FINISH
- Good column finish because of the phenolic plywood lining.
- It incorporates the PVC chamfer strip accessory for the edges finishing.
COST-EFFECTIVE
- High performance on site due to its quickness and finishing.
- Panels can be combined vertically (on height) and in horizontal reduction or cantilevered.
