Vista Verde Residential Megaproject (Peru)
The project: residential building in Jumeirah Village Circle -Dubai Alsina’s Formwork delegation in Dubai has begun this year 2016 its
collaboration in the construction of a residential project located at Jumeirah Village Circle (Dubai), in charge of customer Adnan Contracting LLC.
This residential project involves the construction of a total area of 11,000 square meters and it is expected that the duration of the work won’t exceed five months.
To implement this project, Alsina has supplied its one-sided retaining walls, Alisply, Alispilar and Mecanoflex formwork systems, all very versatile and productive systems that allow working at a good pace without compromising the safety of operators.
Alsina’s Alisply range includes several recoverable formwork systems for the construction of walls and columns. This is a resistant, versatile and compatible system with all other accessories from Alisply family systems, a fact that makes so much more profitable the formwork equipment on site.
The formwork surface of different types of Alisply is made of plywood, which offers many advantages over metal surfaces, such as lower weight, higher concrete quality, increased performance and greater resistance to inclement weather.
On the other hand, Alispilar is a formwork system designed by Alsina to significantly improve the pipeline and work method for the implementation of standard columns in building projects. It is a light but strong system, with quick and easy assembly and therefore very profitable, which adapts in all markets and types of works, so it has been successfully used in many projects around the world since its inception and is gaining more followers every day.
Finally, Alsina’s Mecanoflex Hanging beam solution consists of only two elements, designed to facilitate quick and safe assembly, which significantly increases productivity in the work site and allows savings in labor and material. Besides, it is a very versatile and cost-effective system that allows a fair-faced finish.
