Vista Verde Residential Megaproject (Peru)

Alsina’s subsidiary in Peru is collaborating in the construction of the Residential Vista Verde in the district of Surquillo, Lima, by supplying its formwork systems and engineering solutions.
This important urban megaproject will occupy the surface of an entire city block, where 453 apartments will be spread over 7 towers with 10 floors and three basements each, within the framework of the promoting housing program for Army officers of Peru.

From its beginnings as a family business, Alsina has always stood out for its concern and investment in the development of new products that would meet new needs arisen in multiple projects where the company has extensive experience.

One of the new products developed by Alsina is the Modular Hanging Beam or Friendly beam, which stands as the most important solution for this project for shuttering hanging beams.

This is an easy-assembly metal system that solves the problems arising from the use of timber and non-recoverable formwork beams, composed of elements made of reinforced steel frame and phenolic surface. With this new system, Alsina helps to achieve an orderly, safe and cost-effective process when shuttering beams, since it is designed to reduce the time and improve the quality of the formwork and stripping of the beams.

Thus, the Friendly Beam has gained much attention during the development of this megaproject as a cost-effective and efficient option because it allows recovering most of the material on the third day of casting.

In addition to the Friendly Beam, Alsina has also provided several of its formwork systems, such as the Mecanoflex system for the slabs bottom formwork, the Alisply M-Handset System, and the CL-40 Shoring System for the implementation of parking ramps and  double heights of the residential condominium.
