Alsina held its 2023 Development Days

In May, 160 people from 17 countries, took part in our headquarters in Montcada i Reixac and Sentmenat (Barcelona), in three great days based on sharing experiences, training, and passion for our work.

A great  #teambuilding and professional development experience, which included factory visits, logistics, conferences, group exercises, unforgettable meals as well as a variety of workshops on R&D, Marketing, Digitalization and Healthy Habits.

The Development Days were an opportunity for us to get to get to know each other better, and discover new points of view and aspects of our profession.

Unforgettable days with a lot of activities and human relationships. We would like to thank you for your time, dedication and attention, as well as your attitude to keep growing day after day and applying all this new knowledge to the improvement of our team.
