For one more edition, the Alsina group will be present at the most important fair regarding construction, Bauma 2019, which will be held between April 8 and 14 at the Fairgrounds in Munich (Germany). Alsina has a stand measuring 120 square meters located in Pavillion B3 – Stand D448, where visitors will be shown a sample of its systems, engineering solutions, and services connected to the formwork business.
Formwork as a Service
The Alsina group is an international company with headquarters in Spain, which operates in 18 markets with their own headquarters. It employs a team of more than 800 people and has 33 logistics centers. All of this allows it to participate with its systems and services in more than 4000 projects per year.

Alsina Specializes in Slab Formwork
One of the keys to Alsina’s expansion is based on the adaptation of its slab formwork systems. This know-how has been key to developing its range of slab formwork beyond the regulations and culture of the European market.
Alsina bases the design of its slab formwork systems on addressing mechanization factors against wood, quick and intuitive assembly against improvisation and, to finish off, offering high productivity rates against non-standardized systems.
Benchmark in Water Infrastructures
Alsina also specializes in the development of comprehensive solutions to carry out concrete structures for projects such as waste treatment plants, water treatment plants, and hydraulic works in general.
The capacity to understand the deadlines and rhythms of such projects, together with the flexibility and combination of its formwork systems, make it as a benchmark in the sector with a vast number of works carried out around the world.

To address our clients’ needs, we have developed multiple engineering solutions. These solutions are based to a large extent on creating a solution by providing, on the one hand, standard formwork systems and, on the other hand, designing custom-made elements.

Commitment to Safety
In designing new systems, Alsina takes into account factors as diverse as ergonomics and safety, with the objective of improving the handling of formwork by workers.
Some years ago, we developed the Alsipercha system, the first anti-falling system on the market. Now we are presenting the new Alupercha system, a lighter evolution designed to avoid falls from heights during construction tasks.
