Given the family foundations of the company, we keep loyal to the ethics and moral behaviour stablished by our founder Mr. Juan Alsina, and to transmit his values through our products and services.
Alsina’s mission, vision and values are a true reflection of this commitment. To this end, they are included in all of Alsina’s personnel training manuals, so they can be understood and respected. Likewise, as part of the Management Feedback process carried out each year, we analyze how each of our collaborators transmits the principles underlying Alsina’s values to their day-to-day activities.
