Danet Tower Abu Dhabi – Alsina Formwork & Bright Accord
Alsina Formwork provides innovative slab and beam solutions for Danet Tower, a residential high-rise in Abu Dhabi.
Alsina Formwork continues expanding its presence in the UAE through its collaboration with Bright Accord General Contracting on the Danet Tower project in Abu Dhabi. This residential building includes 3 basement parking levels, retail shops on the ground floor, and office spaces on the podium, all located in the heart of the Danet development.
Alsina began designing the formwork solutions for this project in late 2022, was officially awarded the contract in February 2024, and delivered the first batch of material in May 2024.
Formwork systems and challenges
To meet the structural demands of the project, Alsina Formwork supplied:
3,350 sqm of Mecanoflex for the basement slabs
2,950 sqm of Vistaform tables (two full sets) for the typical floors
One of the most notable challenges arose when the client requested to use table formwork for perimeter beams, which featured two non-parallel beams—a configuration that deviated from conventional hanging beams. Alsina provided custom-sized tables along with sufficient working platforms to support post-tensioning operations effectively.

Project status
The project is currently ongoing and progressing steadily, with Alsina continuing to provide on-site support and technical expertise.
