Alsina is proud to be part of the Masaar Villas Phase 04 project, a large-scale residential development located in Sharjah, UAE, and executed in collaboration with Yanal Building Contracting.
Masaar is a visionary residential community consisting of seven gated neighborhoods, surrounded by nature and designed for comfort and sustainability. It features a range of housing options, from elegant two-bedroom townhouses to luxurious five-bedroom signature villas.
For Phase 04 – Azalea Villas, which comprises 241 villas, Alsina was entrusted with providing customized formwork solutions. The scope of the project required a high degree of adaptability, as we designed systems for 12 different villa types, including 4 standalone villas and 8 types of townhouses, each with specific structural requirements.
To support this complex operation, Alsina supplied:
Approx. 3,000 m² of Alispilar and Alisply Manual panel systems for columns and core walls
Approx. 18,000 m² of Mecanoflex for slab construction across the different villas
Our technical team worked closely with the client to ensure system compatibility with their execution timeline and architectural standards. The combination of our lightweight yet resistant systems and engineering support made it possible to streamline execution and maintain quality and safety on-site.
This project reinforces Alsina’s presence in Sharjah and showcases our ability to deliver versatile and efficient formwork solutions for large residential projects across the UAE.
