This residential construction consists of the construction of three towers of peculiar geometry and with a different type of forge each. All three towers have a 20- and 22-cm thick slab floor, and the buildings have 20, 25 and 32 floors respectively.

Alsina: effective formwork solutions for residential building

For the implementation of this project, Alsina has supplied its formwork systems Alisply Walls, Alumecano plywood and Alispilar.  Alsina has also designed some formwork elements specially adapted to the project, such as special MF Tables with up to 3 levels of HT-20 beam for the perimeter beam formwork; a special head that allows the union of the HT20 with the clamp to support the tables on corbel, and a special pole to make the tables’ elevation hook lighter, since the crane didn’t allow much load.

It is worth noting that the solution with Multiform Table proposed by Alsina is allowing to save flights of up to 1.5m, an advantage that the customer, which has chosen this system before in another project, has valued very positively.
