This residential construction involved the construction of 20.000 sq m of total area distributed in 24 stories, for the creation of 2 and 3 bedrooms luxury apartments with terrace.

The building also has a double height access hall and common areas such as outdoor and indoor swimming pool, solarium, gym, sauna, massage room or a party hall for 100 people, among others.
