i-35 capital express north PROJECT
This $606 million initiative aims to improve mobility and safety by adding a high-occupancy vehicle (HOV) lane in each direction, alongside the reconstruction of six bridges and upgrades to key interchanges and ramps.
Alsina is proud to have supplied formwork solutions to Pulice Construction for the I-35 Capital Express North project in Austin, Texas.
Additional improvements include reconstructing six bridges, introducing a diverging diamond interchange at Wells Branch Parkway, upgrading entrance and exit ramps, and constructing shared-use paths for pedestrians and cyclists.
Pulice Construction, the project’s contractor, commenced construction in March 2023, with completion anticipated in early 2029, weather permitting.
